👋 Who AM I
After graduating from the #1 academic school (forever nerd) in NSW and dropping out of three uni degrees - I walked away from the conveyor belt of conventional success.
Instead, I built a career out of turning chaos into clarity, and complexity into momentum.
Today, I’m a designer, strategist, and speaker with over 15 years of experience across Google, RACV, Accenture, and Telstra. I lead high-impact teams, design human systems that actually work, and help people feel more seen in the process.

I design experiences that serve people, not just products.
Whether it’s building design maturity inside legacy orgs, supporting purpose-led startups, or guiding creative teams through change - I make systems (and humans) work better together.
I also run a boutique experience design consultancy focused on purpose-driven work - RO&CO. Which I created to selfishly work on projects that I want to work on.
And I’m the co-founder of The Elements Kit - a creative self-assessment tool that goes beyond performance metrics to decode the unique creative DNA of teams and how they thrive together.
